16 March 2023: entries for the 2023 Archimede Prize will expire on March 31st, but only for those present at the IDEAG National Meeting (scheduled for 1-2 April in Parma), it will be possible to register directly on site and by way of derogation!
9 March 2023: we are pleased to announce that the next Italian Mental Calculus Championship will take place on 6 May 2023 in Udine, in collaboration with Università di Udine, Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa, AcegasApsAmga, Mensa Italia.

6 aprile 2022: Italy is Backgammon World Champion, having beaten the Japanese squadron in the final, in the beautiful venue of the Palazzo del Cinema on the Lido of Venice.

12 October 2021: we are pleased to announce that the next Italian Mental Calculation Championship will take place on 9th April 2022 in Rome, at the LUISS University and in collaboration with Kangourou.
3 October 2021: OverbooKing by Filippo Landini wins the Premio Archimede 2021! The ranking with 17 finalists and the winners of other prizes is online. Provisional video of the announcement is also available, excellent directed by Marco Mion.
29 September 2021: the Premio Archimede is in its final stages! These days the international jury is testing the finalist games. The announcement of the winners will be broadcast premiered on YouTube on Sunday 3 October at 9 pm. Meanwhile, we are publishing the first photos and videos.
9 September 2021: during the next weeks the final jury will gather to play and vote for the finalist prototypes. Sunday 3 October the Premio Archimede 2021 will finally come to an end with the announcement of the winners.

7 July 2021: it's now online the exhibition showcasing the 110 games that passed the first selection of Premio Archimede 2021 and that have been admitted entered the Long-list. The competition is heating up!
14 June 2021: the magnificent 110… Magna cum laude! After several months of meticulous hard work, the preliminar Jury has selected the 110 games that will move on to the next step of the Archimede Prize 2021. Here they are, strictly in alphabetical order! Soon will be available the (virtual!) exhibition with all the selected games.
